Confidentiality & Privacy
Held in confidence.
The work happens in the hardest, most private seasons of an organization's life. That only works if discretion is absolute — so confidentiality here isn't a policy bolted on, it's the foundation everything else rests on.
Why you won't see client work on this site.
No logos, no case studies, no named engagements. Not because the work isn't there — but because the leaders and organizations who trusted the practice in a hard season did so privately, and that trust outlasts any marketing value their name could add.
The absence of showcased work is not a gap. It is the proof of how the work is held.
Every engagement, its own agreement.
There is no boilerplate. Each engagement is covered by an agreement built for the specific work — scope, confidentiality, and how information is handled — set out plainly before anything begins. You will always know what is covered, what stays private, and what happens to anything you share.
What you share with the practice.
Anything you send — through the form, by email, or in conversation — comes straight to Genesa, is held in confidence, and is never sold, shared, or used to market to you. The contact form asks only for what's needed to reply and understand your season.
In practical terms: we collect only what you provide — your name, organization, role, email, and whatever you choose to tell us about your situation — and use it for a single purpose: to reply, and to understand the season you're in. It is never sold, shared, or added to any third-party mailing list or marketing tool.
We keep it only as long as it's needed — to respond, and, if we go on to work together, for the life of that engagement and any record-keeping our professional obligations require. Beyond that, it's removed. You can ask at any time to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted — just write to conversation@apipunsit.com.
If discretion is the thing keeping you from reaching out,
let that be the first thing we settle.
